• I contribute to the R code that drives the analyses in JASP, a free and open-source program for statistics. For example, I’ve contributed to the JAGS module, network module, Bayesian ANOVAs, Bayesian linear regression, and Bayesian t-tests.

• DstarM: an R package for anlayzing two-choice reaction time data.
• NetworkComparisonTest: Statistical Comparison of Two Networks Based on Several Invariance Measures.

• EqualitySampler.jl: a Julia library for considering all possible equality constraints across parameters and sampling from the posterior distribution over equality constraints.
